Girls football is the fastest growing sport in the UK and we have been delighted to be part of this growth and development over the years.
New Ambassadors for ESFF

We're thrilled to
announce that England Ladies superstars Casey Stoney and Sue Smith have
become Ambassadors for the Easter & Spring Festival of Football. With nearly 200 England Caps between them we can't think of anyone better to take up this role. Having attended our events for a number of
years it's great to have Casey & Sue onboard in this official
capacity.
"The Festival really is a fantastic
experience for all the girls involved. Teams come from all over the
UK to participate in the tournaments
and it’s always nice to see teams from so many different areas competing over
the weekend. Having met so many of the players and managers in recent years at
the Festival, it’s clear to see how much the girls benefit from taking part.
We’d love to see more and more girls clubs joining us on tour at the Easter
& Spring Festival of Football in 2012 and I’m thrilled to be an Ambassador
for the 2012 Festival.
Sue Smith
Lincoln Ladies & England Ladies
I’m delighted to be an Ambassador
for the Easter & Spring Festival of Football. I’ve been working with ESF
Events for a number of years attending the presentation ceremonies and the girls
always look like they’ve had a great time away on tour together. Going on tour
can be a great experience the girls and one they’ll look back on with fond
memories with their friends in later years. We’re really keen to see girls
football continue to develop at the Easter & Spring Festival of Football so
I’m delighted to have taken on the role of an Ambassador – Hope to see you at the 2012 Festival!

2012 Girls Tournaments

We only offer tournaments for girls teams at a selection of our festivals to ensure each competition is well attended and each team experiences a memorable end of season tour, competing against a number of teams from different areas of the UK. Last year over 150 girls football teams registered for our tournaments and we will be doing everything possible to encourage the growth of the girls sections at our festivals in 2012.

At ESFF we’re committed to girls football and hope to see the growth of the game continue throughout the UK. We will continue to provide well organised, well attended tournaments for girls teams of all abilities – so go on, make 2012 a season to remember and join us for a great end of season tour.
